Casuals playtest preview

Side 7 will be conducting its second Casual matchmaking playtest from June 20th to June 22nd. During this time, members will be able to enter into casuals queue using the one-click interface found on the main menu.

A reminder that this preview is not feature complete. Players should be mindful of the following for this playtest:
1. No MMR or skill-based balancing

2. No region-based server selection. Server selection is random from our pool of community servers

3. Group queuing is unavailable. Attempting to queue as a group may cause unexpected issues.

LAUNCHER 3.3.0 IS NOW AVAILABLE

The Side 7 team has been hard at work refining our installation process. The release of 3.3.0 marks Side 7’s first production launcher that fully automates the once tedious installation process.

Users are no longer required to provide the AES key for Gundam Evolution for the installation process nor must they go through the unpacking process for Gundam Evolution’s executable. The Side 7 installer will automatically manage this entire process.

In order to use the 3.3.0 launcher, users will need to provide their own copy of Gundam Evolution. Once downloaded, users can download our latest 3.3.0 installer and go through the setup process outlined in the installer.

For users experiencing issues post-setup, a (RE)UNPACK option has been provided for troubleshooting purposes.

In celebration of our second ever casuals playtest, two new skins have been added to Side 7.

These skins, however, will not be made unlockable by traditional means of Capital Points. These skins are earnable using a new method!
